We are happy to offer exchange within 7 calendar days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased from us if
- Item purchased is defect or damage caused by delivery
- Wrong item delivered
To proceed, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- You are exchanging for something of the same or higher in value
- The product(s) does/do not fall under the non-exchangeable category
- The product(s) is/are in the original packaging, has not been used, and of a sellable condition
Upon confirmation via email, an appointment will be made and you will be required to briing the item(s) to PickJunction's headquarters located at 72 Eunos Ave 7 #04-09/10 Singapore 409570 in original packaging.
Terms & Conditions
- We will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit if the exchange value is lower than the product value
- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our headquarters
