Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchange within 7 calendar days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased from us if

  • Item purchased is defect or damage caused by delivery
  • Wrong item delivered

To proceed, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. You are exchanging for something of the same or higher in value
  2. The product(s) does/do not fall under the non-exchangeable category
  3. The product(s) is/are in the original packaging, has not been used, and of a sellable condition
To initiate an exchange, simply submit your request (with order number) here or email your order information and number to us at info@pickjunction.com within 7 calendar days to process this request, at which time you will be informed of the eligibility of the request. Please note that images and/or videos are required to better assist you.

Upon confirmation via email, an appointment will be made and you will be required to briing the item(s) to PickJunction's headquarters located at 72 Eunos Ave 7 #04-09/10 Singapore 409570 in original packaging.

Terms & Conditions

  • We will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit if the exchange value is lower than the product value
  • Valid for one-time exchange only.
  • Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our headquarters
